C Street Child Development Center began it's ministry to the community in 1992. When created, it began as a very small center serving only 12 infants. Over the years it has grown into an Early Childhood Facility licensed for more than 100 children, being recognized as one of the highest quality facilities available in the state of Utah. C Street now serves children from the age of 6 weeks to 12 years old.
C Street was awarded global accreditation status by the National Association for the Education of Young Children in the summer of 2006, on their first attempt. To learn more about NAEYC and what it says about this program, please visit them at www.naeyc.org
C Street is a participant of the Bright Horizons Family Solutions Network Access Program. To learn more about this program or to see if your employer is a participant, you can log onto www.brighthorizons.com/nap.
C Street is located on the top floor of the First Presbyterian Church on the corner of C Street and South Temple. First Presbyterian underwent a major renovation in 2002; C Street was a large part of that renovation. It has it’s own secured entrance, monitored classrooms and play areas, and access to downtown areas/exhibits for incredible learning experiences. If you would like more information about First Presbyterian and it's community of faith, please visit their website at www.fpcslc.org.
C Street invites you to visit our facility and see the difference a high-quality early childhood education can make! Tours are done by appointment only Monday-Friday at 1:00PM. If you would like to schedule an appointment or speak with us regarding enrollment opportunities, please contact the Associate Director, Christine Medina-Zavala, at Christine[at]fpcslc[dot]org.
